Refund Policy: No refunds will be given. In the event that you are not able to use a pre-purchased ticket, unused sessions can be transferred to another customer (unless specified otherwise) or you can request that the expiry date is extended.
Cancellation Policy: Please note - failure to provide at least 4 hours notice of booking cancellations will result in that session being charged for and any Hypoxi guarantees will become void. |
